SHIPPING CALENDAR & INFORMATION
Reptigreens ships fresh - highly perishable products that are packed to remain fresh for 48 hours under normal conditions. We guarantee fresh arrival provided you receive the package directly from the postal worker - as opposed to the package being left at the door. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery by email if there is a product quality issue. Our goal is your complete satisfaction and we pride ourselves on exceeding your customer service and product expectations.
Shipping Calendar: Our products are shipped on a bi-weekly basis with the first shipment of 2009 on Tuesday, January 13th. Click on the CALENDAR button below for shipping schedule detail.
Order Cut-off: Orders must be placed by close of day on Sunday of shipment week to guarantee delivery that week. If orders are received after the cut-off, but before shipments go out on Tuesday - we will do our best to get them out - but due to harvest and preparation schedules we can not guarantee delivery the same week on late orders.
*Orders between Thanksgiving and New Years are shipped via Express Mail or Guaranteed 2nd Day Delivery ONLY.
